ロサンゼルスを拠点に活躍中のジャズピアニスト、作曲家のMasumi Yamamotoが東京で初公演です！コロナ禍のため一時帰国中で昨年から日本での演奏活動を始め、今まで行った公演は全て完売！各メディアから注目をされている彼女の演奏は必聴です！

今回はMasumiとの”Meet & Greet”を18時から19時15分まで、その後19時30分から開演です。Masumiと共にロサンゼルスでジャズグループ”TLQ plus” を結成しているレジェンド、Trevor Lawrence (Sax) がスペシャルゲストとして、この日のためにロサンゼルスから来日し出演予定です！どうぞお聴き逃しなく！

Masumi Yamamoto
新潟県生まれ。ジャズピアニスト、作曲家.
ピアニストとして、2015年よりサクソフォニストTrevor Lawrence と共にジャズグループ『TLQ plus』を結成し、2020年7月に待望の1stアルバム”Crater On The Moon”をリリースした。2020年12月にソロアルバム”Naima”をリリースし注目されている。その他Azar Lawrence (Sax)、Roy McCurdy (Drums)やHenry Franklin (Bass)がそれぞれが率いるグループで演奏している。
作曲家として America’s Got Talent などの人気テレビ番組や映画などで作編曲をしている。
シンガーソングライターとしての1stシングル 『Slow Down』はDr. Dre、Herbie Hancock などと作曲、共演の経験のあるTrevor Lawrence Jr. (Drums)との共作で、アメリカのBillboard MagazineのHip-Hop, R&Bチャートで最高位４位になった。

サクソフォニスト、作曲家、アレンジャー、プロデューサー。
Harry Nilsson、Marvin Gaye、Stevie Wonder、The Rolling Stones、B. B. King、Ringo Starr、Carly Simon、Etta James、Maria Muldarといった名立たるレジェンドたちのツアーや歴史的名曲のレコーディングに参加し、最も信頼されるサクソフォニストとなる。
またThe Pointer Sisters の”I’m so excited”では作曲プロデュースを手掛ける。現在もミュージックシーンのキーパーソンとして精力的に活動を行っている。

Los Angeles-based jazz pianist and composer “Masumi Yamamoto” will perform for the first time in Tokyo! She has returned to Japan temporarily due to the corona virus, and since last year, all of her performances have been sold out! Her performance, which is receiving attention from various media, is a must-listen!

This time, we will have a “Meet & Greet” with Masumi from 18:00 to 19:15, and then the show will start at 19:30. Masumi Yamamoto
Jazz pianist, composer.
She formed the jazz group “TLQ plus” with the legendary saxophonist Trevor Lawrence in 2015, and in July 2020 released the three volumes original album “Crater On The Moon”. In December 2020, she released her solo piano album “Naima”. She also has been played in groups led by Azar Lawrence,(Sax), Roy McCurdy(Drums) and Henry Franklin(Bass) to name a few.
She has composed and arranged music for popular TV shows such as America’s Got Talent and the Little Big Shots.
The 1st single “Slow Down” as a singer-songwriter was co-written with drummer Trevor Lawrence Jr., who has been composing/co-starring with Dr. Dre, Herbie Hancock went to #4 on the Hip-Hop, R&B chart in Billboard Magazine.

Trevor Lawrence
Saxophonist, composer, arranger and producer.
He has toured and recorded historic songs with such legends as Harry Nilsson, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, The Rolling Stones, B.B. King, Ringo Starr, Carly Simon, Etta James and Maria Muldar. He has been one of the most trusted saxophonist.
He also wrote and produced The Pointer Sisters’ hit “I’m so excited.” He is still active as a key person in the music scene.
